as long as all the speakers are wired for the same polarity, negative/positive doesn't really matter. two 8 ohm speakers daisy chained parallel will give you a four ohm load. you're fine if the amp will handle 4 ohms per side. check that the inputs on each speaker are dual parallel...

does the amp have 4 outputs? do your speakers have inputs for daisy chaining?

the tiny terror is a cool little amp. the one i tried was sitting on top of the 112 vintage 30 cab. i was surprised at how big the thing sounds. works very well with a strat.
