I'm trying to setup my old powerbook as a recording computer. My recording software requires OS X 10.4 but the pb only has 10.3. So I want to put OS X 10.4 that came with my new macbook on my external drive and run the recording software off the external hd as well. how can i do this? thanks!

so I was trying to record for my first time using cubase but ran into a problem immediately!:mad: it says I have to select stereo in>left but that is not a choice. the only time right or left is an option is for stereo out. how do I fix this?

I've heard some bad reviews bout the quality of the frets and finishes on the neck. I figure if I did not LOVE the neck I could easily pick up a fender neck on ebay for not too much and throw it on the body instead.

I'm considering buy a rondo strat however if I were to do that I would certainly put in new pups, prob replace the neck, which would lead to having to replace the pots and most likely the tuners. Which is a bit of a project but I could see it being very fun at the same time. If i were to do...
