i said in an earlier post that a friend of mine had a band that he wanted to record,my question what size mixer would be appropriate for the task.thier dominican so they like thier band music. theres about 4 or 5 of them.
1 on drums,1 on the keyboard,1 on electric guitar,1 possibly on acoustic...

these guys got a lot of tools to work with,me and my fruity loops lol :D :D
i dont have any experience with hardware samplers or drum machines so ill be lost for a few days with that :D

im tracking a few rap vocals,i just wanted to know are the boyz round here picky when it comes to rap and microphones,i mean do you prefer 1 mic over the other or do you just have like 1-3 mics that covers all types of vocals?
