Or does anybody just have triggers that they could try to record straight into something. As long as that works I am pretty sure you would have no problem with them rest of it. Also I have heard about people making their own triggers. Does anybody know of some good websites or past threads...

I don't think he was using drumagog. I think most the people in this thread are talking about using a simplier free thing.

I still can't get the plugin to work. I can't find the VSTplugin folder.

Jazz players use heavy strings and don't bend notes very often. With blues though you bend strings all the time so most blues players use lighter strings. If you like heavy strings for jazz though there is another option. You could do what Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, and many other blues...

Have you actually done that. I am either going to buy a really cheap mic to basically act like a trigger or whatever or plug a trigger straight in if your method works. Whatever is better and cheaper.
