If the mlc is the cause of picking up RFI, it could be solved with a pair of 10 to 47 pF capacitors from pin 1 to pins 2 and 3, as close as possible to the XLR pins inside the mic. But these should already be present. Have you tried different cables? I'm guessing one of your nearby neighbours...

Since these are new, there's nothing to replace. I just compared them to the ones I have, in case. And it's about outside measures; the XLR plug part fits well enough.

It's 3 pin, but the ring holding it in place is spaced differently from what I use normally. So the ones I have don't fit well. Also, I'd need to drill another hole for the screw that holds it in place.
