I don't know though. Don't you feel that the mono is the way it was SUPPOSED to be? I in general don't like remixed or mastered classics. But I have most of my fav's on vinyl so I get the best of both I guess... :rolleyes:

This sounds like more of a pickup adjustment. Try lowering the offending side a litlle. Sometimes having different kinds of strings on the same instrument will have that affect too. Hard to say without looking at it. Also you might try just buying a compressor to even things out.

You have a fundamental lack of compression knowledge... Which is quite common and O.K. But you need to remedy this. Read everything you can from HERE and come back if you need any help. ;)
