Sounds pretty good to me. I'd just suggest taking deeper, full breaths when speaking. This might ease up any tension in your throat that will be caused by you trying to project your voice loudly. I can tell your voice is getting tired in the second link you posted. If you jump around from...
If I had that problem, I'd do what I do when I practice playing drums along to tracks...pop in some ipod earbuds and put on my Winchester ear muffs. Easily the cheapest way lol :D
Hmmm...so it happens every single time? Well, first thing I'd try is a reinstall. That's what they'll tell you to do anyways if you call support so might as well get it out of the way now.
I haven't checked the mp3 clinic for ages, but this was a great song guys. Good job on the vocals Rami! And those drums are straight sexy, Greg. :thumbs up:
On mine, I can plug a guitar/bass into the guitar/line inputs (2 of those, comes with a little switch). I use the 4 line inputs on the back for external preamps. I'm sure other stuff can go in them, but thats what I do with mine.
The D112 is a good kick mic, but I'd recommend getting something instead that could be used on other things as well, like vocals or guitar amp. A few years back I was going to get a D112, but I ended up going with the Electro-Voice re320.
I've found that those CAD kick mics in those drum mic packs actually sound better on floor tom than they do on kick, so if you've an extra (since 2 mic kits) throw it on the floor tom instead of the regular CAD tom mic.
Cool dude I can definitely hear an improvement! Keep working on it. You have a very pleasant sounding voice, and it definitely sounds like you are supporting/breathing better because it seems to be more strong-sounding now.
Oh ok cool yeah a pop filter will help. I've got one on my turtle beaches and it helps with air bursts and stuff a lot. Didn't know you didn't have one to begin with or else I'd have recommended it first!
Not trying to sound like a punk, but have you tried just moving the headset mic closer to your mouth? Just find it hard to believe you can't get decent results with a $250+ headset...If you truly are THAT quiet, then you'll probably run into just as many gain-noise problems using any other mic...
