Just to add to the fire, I had a USB800 and it was very un-reliable, BSOD, freezing, major latency issues. I couldn't get a decent recording with it. BTW I'm running 64 Bit WIN7. I ended up selling it and getting an M-Audio Ultra8R and it has worked flawlessly! The difference is night and day!

I have both the DMP3 and the ART Pro Channel, and I think they are both pretty decent! The DMP3 is definitely cleaner, but you can crank it up without distorting or adding much noise, very useful! The Pro Channel has tons of different knobs and settings on it, and I haven't used them all yet...
