OK, if you have a sec give this a whirl. Pitch and voice crack issues are as few as I could make them. This is probably the best I can do vocally for this song, barring a half-hour warmup and perhaps some gluhwein to warm up those vocal cords. Yes it's out of my range, but I've honestly done...

One of the rooms I track in has 4 violins on the wall. They do ring, but as in your case it would be easy to dampen the strings with a rubber band or something. You seem to be in a fairly tight residential neighborhood so I'd be more concerned about isolation from outside noise sources.
