The few mono versions of the BSR TD2 had both microphone and aux inputs. I'm guessing Curtis Mathes had a special cable, maybe DIN, to go from the turntable and tuner to the tape deck. That was a common occurance. My brother had a Sears console stereo and it had "aux out" connections for a...
At attractive as the price was, I've got a half dozen LDC and 5 pairs of SDC, and a eight dynamic mics. I really don't need another one, even at that price.
I guess that's my question.... why does everyone do the same thing?
In the past couple of weeks, both you and Extra Terrestrial have posted several songs, and to be honest, they could be pasted together and I doubt that many people would realize they were different songs. Zypheris...
I had no luck finding info on the connections. The only BSR tape deck I could a manual for was the TD-1020 stereo deck and it has conventional RCA input and output jacks. Is the one you have a stereo deck or a mono deck?
The manual is on the HiFi Engine website for the 1020.
I'm curious as to why every song you do has the same timing (around 110-120BPM) and the Thump Thump Thump fake kick drum.
I noticed something similar when I was in Las Vegas last year poolside and they had a DJ playing music. EVERY song was the same. Thumping fake kick drum at around...
You should download the 16:2 docs file. It has instructions for MixWiz editor software. You install via the Midi connection. If your interface doesn't have a midi port, it says to use a USB to Midi converter.

Because Audacity is Open Source, and source code is available, they can't distributed it with ASIO support due to licensing restrictions by Steinberg who owns the system. However, if you know programming and have the tools, you can use the Audacity source code and compile a version with...

If you have Ableton, there are tutorials online for setting up Ableton with the Model 12.
You might want to download Reaper as it should easily set up the Tascam as the input device if you have installed the Tascam drivers.
Yeah, Beyonce is getting so stale that after 22 yrs as a solo artist (28 Grammys), and some minor movie roles (an Oscar), she could only manage to gross a measly $580M for her Renaissance tour in 2023. That doesn't come close to newcomer (21 yrs) Taylor Swift's $2B Era's tour.
That...
Obviously I didn't understand Cakewalk's use of "archive". It seems a strange term for that function.
Just a confirmation of what Ashcat stated, I loaded a 20 track project, and it was using around 9-10% CPU resources. Muting the tracks dropped the CPU usage to less than 1%. As each...
They offered the same choices with the 103 mic. I'm surprised that they are offering a 34mm capsule. The original Neumann using an 18mm capsule! At almost double the diameter, that could be a tight squeeze
Looking though the AliExpess site, I see both a 34mm verison and a "Debra" version...
There's no special need to archive a project. There are no proprietary file formats, except for the small .rpp file which is where all the program setting reside.
Make sure that when you save the project, you put all media files in the project folder, then just zip that folder and stick it...
It's a bit funny that I bought a pair of C2 mics at a bargain price to get the case to store my Rode M5s. Turned out the that C2s are not bad mics. A little bright sounding, and not as quiet as the Rodes or my AKGs but definitely usable.
I have the same, and yes, I learned something new. I don't use amp sims, I've got a PodXT and an Iridium but it something that I've tucked away for the day I need it.
I use Handbrake to convert DVDs to MPGs so that I can put them on my tablet. A full 2 hour movie takes about 2 GB, so my 128GB microSD card has about a dozen movies on it, plus several seasons of Big Bang and Friends. Just enough to keep me occupied on a 4 hour flight.
The vocals are really upfront, I might have pulled them down a tad and add reverb for a tiny bit more space. The doubled vocal parts really work! I like that.
