anybody have this mini disc recorder? i bought it when it just just came out and the software was real buggy so i returned it...the problem was: i recorded one disc, came back to record another disc and it wouldnt let me do it...anyone having this or a similar problem...i want to buy it again...

i wanna hook up a shure sm 48 to my soundcard, i was gonna go get an XLR to 1/4 inch, (i have a 1/8 to 1/4 adapter in my soundcard) ...my question will the mic work...i was told it would. thanks.
