so i took a trip to my guitar center and started playing with the ibanez artcore and the epiphone studio dot. i really liked the epi dot a lot. it was an all white epi hollowbody and it was wonderful! i didnt play too much around on the artcore because i havent heard many good things about...

so i have a crate GT500H all tube head. a cab that goes with it a korean made fender that says squier series on it in really small letters in the headstock, but its nice and heavy. and thats about it. how can i approve my overrall tone? should i replace the tubes? theyve never been replaced...

ive read review where the plug the vox pathfinder 15 watt into cabinet and its really loud. Would this be gig worthy for a pop punk band?

does anyone use anything from vox? and anything i should know about them, orrrrr any recommendations?

i want a flying v, but im not sure if i should spend 350 for an epiphone, or 650 for a gibson. is there that muchof a difference? like a 300 dollar sound difference? haha thanks a lot.

i saw the new music 123 i think and it had a whole new section of blue mics for like only 100 bucks? ive heard those and they sound amazing, why so cheap now? i thought they were in the thousands?

i want to be a better player with my band like maybe throwing in some solos here and there, knowing the notes where my other guitarist is playing and then playing a variation of it so it sounds great. which would be better getting a book and teaching myself all the note names on the fret board...

wow, in januarish i got my fostex vf80ex for 500 bucks with case for 500 and now its going for 600 without the case on muscians friend? how can they all of a sudden jump up the price a hundred? sucks for everyone else lol :)

my friends offering me one for about 250. he says its a tube amp. thoughts?
