the transformer windings are shorting internally...no seriously it is only a guess. recieving no signal it shorts, but some signal it still tries to amplify.
whats a CAE 3+ go for $4000?

shits expensive. do it right
.........then use the grainiest shitiest digital reverb you can...16 bit or 8 bit..
You need a power meter to see the changes..Then the variac or vibrational feeder increases or decreases the current.
Expensive but worth it. Im still using my Staco variacs to feed the equipment and a Furman conditioner. Done.
Rack units state specifically the current they are rated for...
But this has 84's. UK gets the goods this time. They are so sweet..use a tiny 6 or 8" celestion or orange speakers..put it in your bedroom..not go deaf..
Dave, I got a marshall EL 84 20/20 , with a UK transformer. Is there a cross-reference part that is US wall voltage you might know of? It is a 5 wire transformer.
So I dont need that step up converter box.
honestly how long do your valves last? Years..Or stay in spec? I kinda like the modded bias tones you can get playing around with it.
Yeah, Ok ..Once adjusted sure. New.
My EL34 has new EHX tubes and it biased out nice and proper. Power amp kicks ass on everything.
JB? for hollow bodies perhaps.
Dimarzio is an overpriced budget version..
The duncan distortion set is too fizzy compared to the EMG active 81 or 85..The EMG's are where it's at..THE active 89 can split at the neck to give killer single coil neck tones..Active EMG electronics pull the tone...
Everything but the kitchen sink. It can do just the stereo difference, stereo boost, stereo, amount of stereo effect, mono..de lossifier..de clipper..
on the stereo or AC3 tab...I think.
youre probably right..
If nobody tells me how, I won't be able to figure it out. Just taking stabs in the dark. Sometimes I think its close. Or I do a few things right. I need more time to record.
Careful dave. The Class of circuit determines the amount of the sound wave to be reproduced..Always Class A AB or B for instruments. Class D is for subwoofers and car stereos. I don't care what they say...class D is so far down.
