ah....my akai dps16 will be here by thursday....(different store) what's your opinion for the cdr/rw part of the equation?

both used, both around the same price...looking for good sounds...strings, bass, winds.... programming and sampling not a factor any thoughts?

oh noooooooo! my akai dps16 with efx is now not slated to arrive untill august...the salesman was trying to turn me on to the korg instead at a great price, but after downloading the dps16 owners manual from their site...i just gotta wait for the akai. it's too cool..i actually could UNDERSTAND...

okay okay okay...still no akai dsp 16..they're "looking in to it".. i'm looking at cd burners...most stand alone "audio" looking type units have digital coax inputs which i imagine would suit me well for recording the audio...BUT...do i need the SCSI input in order to "back up" my digital...
