alota times when doing composition stuff in pro tools with midi, ill get the dreaded hardware buffer message.
after increasing its size to 1024, only way around iit ive found is to turn this stuff into waves and just hope its finished correctly.
but that takes a long ass time to bus each...
behringer composer pro xl..
just bought one.
i own a whack of software compressors and dessers and etc.
but this is my first hardware dynamics processor.
anybody use this one, and if so what do you use it on?
what sucks about it?
why does it rule?
thanx.
i recently picked up this 2-610 and im a little confused on how to get the "mic input" to not be so damned noisy. the "line input" is rad, and its probabaly what most cats like it for, but theres gotta be SOMETHING cool about these mic inputs. any tips?
Heres some stuff ive done recently, the first clip is my band, the second is my solo project.
Constructive critics are welcome.

ive been using some of my rtas pugins as pre amps/compression/etc. on an auxillary track routed into an audio track in pro tools and have been getting some pretty cool results.
Just wondering if anyone else has tried this and what plugs they used, and what the pros and cons were.
thanx.
