Someone I know said he could be selling his guitar.. It's a red Gibson Explorer year -86.. He said he'll have it maintenanced, pots, frets etc.. and selling afterwards for a grand (1000 euros) price seems high for that used instrument, but he said the red ones aren't that common, should I buy...

I once was in a bikers-club which had been covered in plastic camouflage net here and there, whole seeling most of the walls etc... They said it isolates noise and reduces echoing, I'm sure it helps somewhat.. What do you think?? It'd be a cool idea in a playing room. :D
