How many dB is a typical drum kit? -for a loud drummer? -for a quiet drummer?

I'd like to use several tracks for drums to have better control over the levels and EQ. Probably BD, toms, snare, and cymbals. Is there a way to view/edit them all on one grid? Edit: looks like the piano roll will show one track, do you know how to show multiple tracks in the piano roll?
