I have a Tascam 424MKIII 4-Track recorder. Iam recording drums, bass, piano, and 2 guitars. The recorder records fine, but on the playback it seems the track (drums normally), playback alot softer than it should be. Is this a mic problem, or is it my 4-track recorder? Much help is appreciated.

My band recorded fine and the mix is crystal clear and sounds amazing. However, I have to turn up the volume up more than I would have to on a regular cd. Why is this so?

When I record my song from my Tascam 424mkIII to Exact Audio Copy (EAC), it plays back with hiss in the backround. i suppose its from the soundcard because it was never there before. is there a way to fix this?
