it seem like my midi playback is also telling my pod to edit my guitar sounds through the m audio 410 connection to my pod (used to download guitar "fonts" any way to change this other than disconnecting the cable

When i open sonar I hear a slight fluttering sound -(maudio firewire 410) but soon as i open a window like close project dialog or other option it stops is this normal

in sonar 2 when i hit stop the system stopped where i stopped it- but in 3 it returns to the last "green" marker or if there are no green marker it goes all the way back to the start is there someway of getting rid of this "modern feature"

i have pod pro and am trying to record direct - i need power chords(slight distortion ) but with control - wild but tame is this done by hitting just a couple of strings (not so hard) or do you have to hit them all or is it in the pod settings mostly all i can get is a bit muddy
