I've recently come across a few funk licks and fallen in love. I've never listened to the style much, can anyone cite a key funk guitar album or two? Just looking to learn some fun licks.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a freeware or inexpensive shareware program, winamp plugin , etc, that can slow down an mp3 without pitch distortion?

So, I'll have the input levels set so that I'm getting a good signal level. Then I get a bizarre distortion. I began to try to compensate for this occurence by lowering the levels even further. I recorded a very faint signal that then too, eventually jumped in volume to a terrible distortion. Help?

So if I'm recording a guitar and vox through a mobilepre usb and want to record each to a separate track simultaneously, how do I do so? Thanks --Sean
