I know it's possible for 2 or more people to jam togeter via MIDI over a 100Mbit LAN usingMidivianet . Is there a way to do the same thing, only with audio? As in plug a source into one computer, transfer the audio in realtime for recording to another computer.

I have a Spirit Folio F1 mixing desk, a mic that needs phantom phantom power, and a couple of SM58's. The mixing desk only allows me to set all mic inputs to +48V. Will I damage the SM58's if I plug them in aswell?
