It would depend on what other noises are being recorded or picked up by the microphone.
Does it sound like you are in a toilet? Can you hear traffic, dogs barking, birds singing or other noise?
If so it may depend on how much you can get away with.
The outstanding feature of that track is the sexy searching lead guitar. If you think it isnt worth putting in or hiding behind everything else, work away.
It may meet minimum requirements but have you taken into account your DAW running at the same time and anything else?
