    The Who?

Funniest song I've ever heard. :D

    Rock On cover

I've always loved this tune. It seems to be a forgotten tune for some reason. Great take. Love your "Industrial" sounding drums. Reverb is just right, sounds great in general.

    The Who?

^^^^^^I only posted that because of the "requests" you guys mentioned. :) Not worth starting a new thread.

    The Who?

Thanx a lot guys! The only other Who tune I do is "I'm Free". Funny thing is, I'm not that much of a fan, but I do love a couple of their songs. I just happened to do these 2 songs in the same week, and now I'm Who'd out. :)

    The Who?

I'm sure I used both SG's. The Epiphone with P-90's for rhythm, and the Gibson for the leads. That's usually my M.O. Still got the other cheek. :D

    The Who?

You mean to trigger a sample? Yeah probably. But, nah. I've never done that. I'm not going to start now. :)

    The Who?

Thanx. Yeah, but it could sound better. I have to get over my fixation of using things just because I own them. :D

    The Who?

I don't like my snare for this at all. I bought one of these things: https://bigfatsnaredrum.com/products/bfsd-steves-donut I used it for this tune. Wrong tune to use it for. I should have left my snare open and alive.

How do you get the sharp and big sound from slowdive, mbv

Well thank you. I don't really want to extend that part of this conversation. But I really appreciate that you came back to acknowledge that.

What are general loudness levels for radio mastering

While I agree that it's pretty hot, it's not unusual for EDM. That music is usually slammed. It's not the most dynamic music, so they just get it loud as they can.

    "Takes EQ well"...hmmm?

My voice takes the MUTE button very well.

    "Takes EQ well"...hmmm?

Weird. I've literally never heard or read it. Not being a jerk. But anyway... I agree. That's a weird flex. Besides the fact that it doesn't make sense. It's not usually the mic that needs EQ. It's the person's voice that might need it.

    "Takes EQ well"...hmmm?

I've never heard or read that phrase. Where did you see this? On a promo sheet for a mic?

Study on rock production and audience trends

I understand your frustration. It probably seems like you were attacked from all directions. But you weren't attacked at all. Most, if not all, the "negative" comments weren't directed at you personally. I'm sure everyone here wishes you nothing but the best and lots of success. Most of the...

How do you get the sharp and big sound from slowdive, mbv

Nah, my response was great. Get over yourself. Nobody crapped on anyone. You're rather sensitive, aren't you? That's so cute. :) Newbies have been doing drive-by's here for years. You're going to try to blame that on me for giving a great, honest answer? Sorry man. That's weak. By the way, I...
