if a control room doesnt have any harsh overtones or reflections, whats the point in acousticing it? Doesnt the room add somethin to the sound that acousticing would just take out anyways? And isnt it more important to get the control room acousticly correct to monitor accuratly?.

has anyone here ever recorded an acoustic track, then recorded the same exact track with an electric? I dont happen to have an acoustic around, or else i would just try it, so i was wondering if anyone has done this and how it sounded. Maybe a clip or something.
