i have an mr 8, and am running thru a behringer mixer. Is there any way i can do the mixdown/track bounce leveling on the mixer, or does it have to be done right on the fostex?

I have a fostex mr8, and I run a mixer into it, so I can do multiple tracks at once. Obviously there is no way to mix levels afterward, (it will be recorded onto one track on the fostex,) but is there a way to sync my mixer with the recorder so i can do mixdown levels on each of the recorded...
