ok, so, i am going from my dmp3 preamp to my mixer, via the 1/4 inch outputs. So are these line level, or unbalanced, and what kind of cable do i use. speaker or instrument. what are some other exemples of line level sources, and what are some unbalanced and balanced things. ahhhh im so confused

I have a yamaha mixer, with xlr and 1/4 inch inputs in the back. I am looking to build it into a desk, but i want to move the connectors to the top, (like behringers) does anyone have any ideas, besides really short cables? can anyone find a link to like a 90 degree connector? thannks

whats the difference? I am making an isolation booth, and want to deaden the sound, so there is no natural reverb, but what would drive me to spend less on 703 as opposed to auralex? i can afford stuido foam, but you guys make it sound like rigid fiberglass is better. is this true?

i am debating between the studio projects b3 and the c1. The only reason i am thinking about going with the b3 is because of the switches. This will be an all around mic, for vocals and some guitar, and i have a sm-57. but, is the c1 worth the extra 40 bucks and losing a 3 way cardiod pattern...

im looking for kind of an all around mic, and i have heard nothing but good reviews for the shure line. my question is, what is the difference in the 57 and the 58. Different applications? which is the most versitile?

is there some way to just add effects to certain parts, without making a new track. for example, at the end, i want the lead vocals to echo out. i have plenty of plugins, but they affect the whole track. any help?

ok, so here we go i do all of my editing, and effects, then i go to the mixdown to a single wav file. that all goes smooth, but the files i am coming out with are like 32 ,000. most of these songs i am downloading off kazaa are like 3 or 4 thousand. anyhelp getting my songs to be a smaller size?

Does anybody have or have any information on the Audio Technica - AT-3035? I am eithr goign for that or the Marshall Electronics - MXL2003. Any suggestions. Is the AT really worth 50 bucks more? thanks.
