Funny, the US200 and US600 and US1200 as well as the 322 and 366 are not in Sweetwater's lineup. (where I got the models). Have to add to the info.
The 200, 600 and 1200 are actually dropped from TEAC's lineup, but I'll get the 322 and 366. Was doing this for newbs to use as a reference for...
More stuff in.
More stuff out! :D
---------- Update ----------
BTW, for those looking into the DM10 kits, google "DM10 mesh head conversion". It seems there are a few different kits out there to make the drum heads more realistic and quieter (-20 dB is claimed).
Today's installation. (Last for this week. I'll start up again after the weekend. (Between work and church, I have no personal time on the weekends.))
Second ceiling cloud (at back of listening area.)
New bass traps in the corners. (I will be making some super chunk for the bottom and placing...
Okay, Here's the 2x2x2" trap patter I'm thinking of using on the side walls. Let me know if there's a better way. The back wall will be covered, leaving a space at the top for a diffuser panel.
Went to Lowe's to get some mounting stuff and now I'm all sweaty and itchy at the moment.
Put together the first ceiling cloud and hung it. I'm amazed at how much of the room echo disappeared just from that one piece.
Tomorrow I get the other one up (need the wife's help). But alas, she is off...
Today I built a piano!!! :)
And I set up my monitors top and bottom so the SSL sits on top and the rack or sequencer sits on the bottom.
Also set up a subwoofer to the monitor out on the US-1800 for normal listening. I can shut off the monitor when I'm mixing...
I feel like I've had a few...
Don't know how I missed this one, but I've just fallen in love with a new interface (glad I haven't ordered my new one yet)
Other than the CHEESY  name, the AKAI EIE I/O Pro looks like everything I want.
Anybody have any dealings/opinions?
Just bit the bullet and started toward an actual room. Wife has agreed to move her stuff to the living room. First purchase: $1140 to Acoustimac for 2 36x24x6 bass cabinets, 24 24x24x2 panels 1 24x24x4 panel, two 48x24x2 panels + mounting hardware. All in OC 703!
Stay tuned for a running photo...
My wife wants my old speakers, so I get to get some new ones :D :D :D
So here's the questions:
Is there any reason for a startup home studio to look at level 2 speakers (824 Mk IIs, KRK VST's, Alpha 80's etc.) in the $500-1000 each level. I think the budget would stretch there if I wait a few...
Seriously looking at these monitors. Anyone have any dealings with them?
The specs are amazing, a definite step up from my KRK 8s, but we know what specs sound like. :)
But if I want to step up, should I save up for second line, like the 824 mkII's or the VXT 8's from KRK. These are both far...
Saw this on the propellerhead website and about busted a gut.

Not a new idea for a device, but the name was a bit outrageous...:laughings:
By the way, if you haven't checked, I did for you...
