Creating a simultaneous patch
For simultaneous recording on the BR-1180, I want to copy the vocal patch P01 from the mic bank and send it to the simultaneous bank... I can do it but not without erasing the guitar edit chain line below it there but, which I want to keep turned off as I am using...

How great is the difference when recording using the XLR jacks instead of the standard 1/4" on everything...I"m a wondering because is it worth spending the extra money on the podxt pro(rack) vs. the podxt live(floor pedal) just to get the XLR jacks?

Any advice from someone who's experimented with roland v-drums (stoopid apt.) and and the best way to connect them to a BR-1180 for recording? ...I have used the the 1/4" mono jack with different mic's in the programmed bank but the drum's sounds seems to loose all it's muscle after the tracks...
