The timecode on the audio file is close but not exact, it is off a minute and some seconds. Proper timecode needs syncronization to the video frame rate, it cannot drift between two pieces of equipment. The timecode I used comes from the camera so it is locked to that frame rate. This...
I had to sync the clips together manually. Of the five clips, they all had different offsets so I had to resort to doing each of them manually. I shouldn't have to do this if the Zoom F8n has true timecode ability. I'm still looking for anything I am overlooking and appreciate everyone's help.
