oh man, love it, get a little Tull/Ian Anderson vibe on that acoustic guitar (especially the intro). What exactly is a raised DAGAD tuning? I do use DADGAD at times on my acoustic, but not sure what raised means? It sounds awesome here, also love that Bass and cello....so good!

Big fan of synth pads, pattern groove type stuff, thought the "horn" stabs sounded awesome! Like the ambience/nature sounds at the end bass is cool . Very cool stuff man, I like it!!!

Yeah, Bass guitar is my struggle always...I have been trying to "carve out" some low freq/s as I'm usually overly boomy and mushy on my bass tracks imo....I was going for a epic reverby guitar sound in the 1st part, so it would hopefully contrast with the warmer up front strat part in the 2nd...

Did a little fun experiment, tried to create 3 separate pieces of music that somewhat fit together. Came out as a kind of fusiony instrumental hodgepodge.

Heres a jam Ive been messing around with, wanted to use my EHX Attack Decay pedal to try and get a violin sound on my strat, also used it with my EHX Mel9 pedal to try and cop a cello sound as well. Boss Sy1 pedal was used for synth sounds as well as a EHX string 9. Tried for a gritty chewey...

Super catchy fun vibe. Is that acoustic guitar panned a bit right? I really like that, tight strumming, adds a lot to the songs groove , love the vocals/lyrics. Agree a bit more lowend might sound nice and fill out the mix a bit.

Thanks TripleM, will adjust those cymbals and bass guitar, I hear what your talking about...I always struggle with bass guitar ?, those vocals are actually triple tracked all straight down center as far as panning...maybe I should pan them L and Right and nudge the a tiny bit from the main vocal?

Like the nicely done crunch of guitars...always dig your vocals, especially the chorus harmonies , this song has your sound for sure. Agree maybe a little bass guitar lite. I like the snare sound.
