I have a Audiophile24/96 soundcard, and a Yamaha MG10/2 mixing board. How do I set it up in order to listen to and record one channel, while monitoring a mix send from the PC - sending only the recorded channel to the main stereo mix for recording?

I've never done this before, so I need to ask a question. I know that in "special" menu there is a way to change a files beat per minute-"Edit Tempo". Since I haven't used it before, and I'm at work right now, 2 questions. 1. Is the bpm already in the file? 2. How would I calculate the bpm?
