My associates have purchased their 3rd used TMD1000. There are some glitches with this unit (as well as the previous two they bought). Should I tell them to keep it and get fixed or should I tell them to take it back to the store where they purhased it? TIA :D spin

My associates just purchased a used TM-D1000. He is having problems with the board recognizing the TDIF cable (I bought it from CABLE UP, so it is a TDIF cable used for that speifi board). I need to figure this out for them, please help. Thanks... spin
