    Sampling Beats From MP3.COM

    Recently I downloaded some beats at mp3.com and thought they all sounded really tight.. I was wondering if I could sample them with another sampled beat together and add more elements to it.. Is it legal to sample a non-commercial beats/intrumentals? Can I use it commercially?
