I have an Echo Mona, however I just want better quality. So if I can come up with $1,200.00 what is the BEST quality soundcard, and pre-amp I can get for male rap/r&b vocals? I already have several mics, AT4047, Rode NTK, etc, so I want a high quality pre, and a better soundcard. HELP!

I know your average comp card is 16bit, and the majority of home recording cards are 24bit, as my Echo Mona is, however, are there any which record ABOVE 24bit? I dont mean 32bit floating, because honestly, I can't see a diff between it and 24, but I've heard there are cards which record above...
