are Dynamic mics more prone to recording bad room acoustics then condenser mics?

how come i can't get it to play back at 32 or even 24? when i select driver communication to one of these it doesn't play...next to the play and record tool bar it say 24 bit play back!! or 32bit but no playback..i don't understand why...it works fine when i put it at 16...also when i export...

can u do a 'Global' tempo change in sonar? for ex. lets say u record an 8 bar beat @ 90bpm copy and paste the track till its long enuff for a song but realize you want it at 88bpm so is their a way to do this to the entire project cause when i do this now whithin sonar every 8 bars i have to...
