Is this mic still being made? If so, does it differ from older, vintage SM7's, and where can a new one be found? What would be the approximate cost of one of these mics? Anyone know?

This is all kind of "pipe dream, pie in the sky" stuff right now, but I'd like to get some input on the lay-out of this commerical facility. It's about 2,000 sq. ft. total I had to break the images up into 2 views so the text and dimensions could be read. Here's the first one:

Hey, I've seen a lot of peolpe posting drawings of their studios on here, and I just wanted to point out that I'm also an Auto-Cad technician, with years of experience in architectural drafting and design. So, if anyone finds a need for construction plans, I can help! I work cheap too!
