anyone with past experience with both the VF150 and Sm57 please help me out. im looking to buy a 57 but wanted some opinions on how it works in areas such as: acoutic guitars, guitar amps, snares, and vocals.

just wondering if anyone is using the SHURE PG81, it comes with a set of drum mics. i wanted to know how the sound is compared to something like an SM57. i use it for overhead, acoustic guitar, and vocal micing.
i friend of mine is sending mp3 files of his guitar tracks to me online. how can i get these onto the VF160 to track drums? i know the loading process with the machine. do i need to convert these files to .wav? or will they work as mp3s?
i recorded a live session of about 6 songs the other night and need to mix only TWO of them down. if i hit record + play starting at about the 11 minute mark where the song begins, a blank program shows up after you stop the recording. how do can i mix these two songs individually so they will...
