Done a complete remix of this track. I think it sound a lot better but then it also sounded a lot better when I had it in Reaper as opposed to after it was an MP3... which is irritating.

OK, as per Greg's suggestion I've gone for +/-3db shelves at 150 and 5000 and brought the bass back up a touch.
