Anyone here use both of these? I'm wondering which output on the DMP3 matches up to the MR8. The DMP3 has the both +4 and -10dB. Which one is appropriate for the MR8??? I couldn't find it in the manual, but I'm off for a 10th look... Enlightenment appreciated. More questions to follow! :D :eek:

Does anyone do any EQing during the recording of vocals, or does everyone for the most part just leave it flat? I'll probably end up experimenting with it, but I was just wondering what to expect from bumping, maybe 1k-2k up a hair....? Would this make the vocals cut through a bit more?

Which is which? I'd assume that the end of an XLR with the prongs would be male, is this correct? The end then that plugs into most mic's being female???
