Hello fellow musicians. I am not a new member I joined in 2010. How in the world did I drop off. I am happy that Home Recording did not drop me off. Lol. However, life happens. Great to be back. Realy good people here. I was coming aboard with all analog system merging digital components. Now all digital with some analog. A gospel/jazz/Ballard kind of person. Really had some great guidance from some cool people.

I am building a home studio like many of you with questions. My question is, I hear and read about studios with two and three sets of mionitors. What is the purpose of this. Do you have the house speakers for your mix and the monitors for the band/singer??? need some input from the family, thanks
