“Won’t output any sound….”

From where? Have you tested all inputs and all outputs? It is important to be as specific as you can so your helpers have as complete an information set to work with. Are you unable to to get signal to pass from any input to any and all outputs including the AUX and EFFECT busses and the 4 mix busses?

Is there any meter activity?

How confident are you that you reconnected everything and reconnected it correctly? Did you take pictures beforehand and/or make notes and/or labels to ensure correct reassembly?

yes all the outputs are not outputting any sound and the Vu meters won’t budge! no i don’t think i reassembled it correctly! at least I didn’t reassamble the screws correctly! cause the top screws won’t fit only tre fitted the top cover

and could it maybe be a grounding issue with all the screws?

No. Grounds for signal are not like the ground with a DC battery. Signal grounding provides shielding. Audio signal is AC voltage. It’s not a loose screw. And 0V reference for the active devices like the opamps is handled by connectors, not screws in the M-106. Did you completely disassemble it? Like how much of a tear-down did you do? If you are not confident you reassembled it correctly, then it’s time to open it up, take the service manual and wiring diagram and start checking your work. And if you’re not confident in your ability to do that then it’s probably time to find a tech and get some help from a professional.
