Incremental fader movement

Is there a way to move a fader e.g. on a FX, such as the Threshold fader, incrementally. I am currently using my mouse. The problem is, if I want to move the fader only 0.1 or 0.2 db, it is very difficult to do using the mouse - the fader will move at least 0.5 db. I find this very important especially when I am mastering. Is there a way, say, to use the Up/Down keyboard keys. Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks, Brian

I think that most all the controls that don't have a box to show the level can be set manually by right clicking on the knob or fader and it will pop up a window to enter a value. Volume and pan certainly work that way. Want 23.5% pan? Right click on the knob and enter the number.

Yes, I do this all the time.

You can hold ctrl whilst moving the fader and it will move in smaller increments.
