Please check out my new beat - NEED YOUR LOVE. I tried to make this beat less repetitive and tried to add lots of variations according to the feedback I received here on my previous beat DANCE WITH ME. Thanks :):alien:
 
Hi ET, this is really good. I enjoyed it quite a bit. The hi hat that comes in at :16 seems just a little off rhythm, maybe too loud. For the rest of the song I flowed, and imagined some vocals. I like this kind of stuff, dig the vibe.
 
Definitely an improvement from the previous beat, I think, especially in terms of variations and arrangement. Enjoyed it. Maybe you could push yourself even more to create some bridge type sections in your next beats? !

This is a pretty cool beat. I LOVE the kick you used, and I like the almost minimalist arrangement.

I do agree that the hats are maybe a little too forward in the mix. Also I think a couple of parts (like the lead synth and the higher bass part) could use some more color (reverb or modulation) to fatten them up. But very enjoyable overall!

Hi UltimateOutsidr Thanks a lot for your feedback on this beat. It gives me a lot of motivation to keep going. I agree I'm not a great mixer and with regards to that hat, I kept it slightly loud because I've found that most of my beats you can't hear the hihats at all on devices that don't have much brightness. Maybe I overcompensated here when it comes to high frequencies. I think the synths and the higher bass as well I didn't process them enough as you've said.

BTW loved your cover of Nightcall on SC. especially the vocal sound is so nice and smooth, the arrangement is brilliant and very engaging. The mix is awesome and brings out the best in the vocals as well as the instruments. Really enjoyed the listen :)
