I just ran from the headphone out of my laptop direct into the Meyers with an adaptor.
If you have self powered speakers in your control room just try going direct from a laptop.

I did the test in a friend’s studio listening thru his Meyer HD1’s, which are pretty serious studio monitors. My test score was 23/36, but in my defense I typically record with both Tube Amps & Sims, so that might have also been a contributing factor.

Its pretty cool that you took the time to make the blind test.
Seems like the people that "cry" the most, are typically the same guys that rail against all types of sims. My guess, maybe the realize that they're not that easy to tell them apart from real amps once the guitar parts are recorded...

How wide is the furniture, TV Stand, ect…..?
You might be able to lay it all out in a way that could actually work.

Room #2 would be my choice. Here's some quick ideas that might help.
Super chunks in front corners.
Door on the side not bad, angled back side wall could be copied to the opposite side with sheetrock, making symmetry easier. The cubby area would be nice for deep rear wall trap.
