Hi, newbie question... Say I bought an Amp like this: Or a head like this: Could I take the amp out of the case (in the first image instance, obviously disconnecting the amp from the speakers) and rack mount them? I want a rack mountable guitar amp for my home studio to run into my audio...

That's what I thought..... my only concern was recording 8 parts at once (i.e. drums) but hardly need that if I've got 8 channels on my interface, right?

....... and will be running Cubase 3SX on a fast PC with good studio monitors. Do I need a mixer? Discuss.......

I want to record drums in future. I will obviously hook uk the drums individually with 8 mics but I have a newbie silly question: I will give each mic a channel on my mixer. If I hook up my mixer to my audio interface, will the audio interface just record everything as one part? Or will my...
