    Yorkville YSM-1 (Original) - FREE

nice, I am currently in high school trying out some home recording and i have everything except monitors. But I live in Australia and they are passive monitors and i dont have an amp for them so active monitors would probably be better for a newb like me. But its good to see that people still do...

    Lots Of Gear

If you are patient you can probably get a new one on ebay for $500, but some online stores sell them for $600

yeah im in love with Blue mics. I was going to buy a bluebird and i have it on backorder but the dragonfly i supposed to be way better. So yeah I will get this one instead of the bluebird.

just a question, how long are we going to keep this going. Like how long will we wait to see if another person comes along and puts down a higher bid?

yay finally someone bidding on the dragonfly with me. I will pay $400 for the mic and will pay for shipping on top of that which will probably be about $50.

You can get the dragonfly for $600 new from places like pro audio solutions, so I will offer $325 and as i come from Australia I will pay for shipping as well which will probably be about $50, so $375.

    WTB: Cheap studio monitors

Does anyone have a pair of studio monitors lieing around that they dont really use anymore? Or if someone could point me in the right direction for my first pair that would be cool to. Thanks

    WTB: Shure Beta 58a

Thanks everyone, I bought the EV ND 767a and now i just have to wait for them to be shipped to me. Now I think I need to buy some monitors so I will start up a new thread for that. I need a cheap pair that perhaps someone isn't using anymore for recording.

    WTB: Shure Beta 58a

oh, thanks for that. Normaly i use front end audio because they have fairly cheap prices and the shipping to australia is relatively cheap. The way you say that makes it seem like its a bad thing to be from Australia.

Thanks for making me aware of that mic, it looks good. I would buy one right now but sadly I am from Australia and I only really want one and it doesn't ship to Australia. I will look around and see what I can get

    WTB: Shure Beta 58a

I currently only have a condensor mic and am in need of a dynamic mic for live performances ect. I have been looking at shure mics and I think the beta 58a will be the best for me. So is there anyone that doesn't really use one anymore And would like to sell it? :) Thanks

    Please Rate my vocals

Did you put the vocals on stereo or something because that sounded really different. Like, lead on one side or something and a lot louder.
