Sounds like you have the track sends set to prefader instead of postfader.

You may want to repost this down in the analog section of the forum, it'll get better traction.

Neither that amp or cabinet is stereo, the label on the cab says the JACKS are parallel, that is for daisy chaining two cabinets to one amp, the cab's is 8 ohms mono, you should just use ONE speaker cable to hook the head to the cab.

The Sonar 2 XL installer requires a specific version of DX to be installed in order to run, 8.1 I think, there is a DX Utility available on Cakewalk's website that will trick the installer and let it run.

It looks like it selects which track to change the Record/Playback and monitor state, Track/Source status, using the buttons to the right of it. I'm guessing of course, but there are only indicator lights on the 24 track, no per channel controls for these functions like on the 8 track.
