    sampletank

I have managed to figure out the switching midi channels on the keyboard controller but it's really clunky. I would love to switch right in the sampletank window with one click of a mouse.

    sampletank

I want to use sampletank live and have a quick way to switch between instruments but can't figure out how to do it. All I've got so far is a bunch of intruments (parts) playing all at once. I also figured out how to make a folder (e.g."my presets") to show in the browser but can't seem to load...

    CD burning problem

I couldn't find a "disc at once" option in Wave Burner (yet). But it didn't matter. When I set the gap between the files at zero, the transition was seamless. No pops or glitches of any kind. It even had a neat feature: when you drag a file so it is slightly overlapping another, it...

    CD burning problem

I am such a goof. I am amazed at how stunned I can be. It's a wonder I stayed alive this long. So I'm about to install my demo version of Wave Editor when I notice an app on my mac called Wave Burner. Mmmm ..... never noticed that before. Well it turn's out to be part of Logic. And it rocks...

    CD burning problem

thanks a bunch You guys have been very helpful. In this case the single file/add track markers option is the way to go. I will now go and search out and acquire said software. Oh Goody Gee, more software to learn how to use. :-) Thanks again, Harri

    CD burning problem

Thanks. Now to sound like a newbie; what software for Mac? I'm assuming defining the track points will be self evident. and if I choose to keep separate files, how do I soften the attacks on the initial wave peaks?

    CD burning problem

I have an album where three of the tracks are actually one long song cut into three files. In Logic the three files butt to butt sound seamless but when I export (bounce) and burn to cd they have a slight pop at the change over point. I have used Nero and Toast. Toast is the best but still not...

    Cleaning rubber roller???

Dave is right. Send it to Terry's Rubber Rollers. He does a great job. He did my Otari MX50-50. Better than new. Never use so called "rubber cleaner",alcohol, acetone, gasoline, sulphuric acid, maple syrup, Tremclad rust paint, single malt scotch, chicken soup or WD40. I use Windex on a...

I had a funny feeling this was the case. Oh well, I've used it for years as is and I'm fine with that. Thanks for the input.

VU meter bulbs on my M308-B need changing.

The answer to my question is probably here somwhere but I couldn't find it with a search. Three bulbs are gone on my Tascam M308-B desk (and my 3440 as well, now that I think of it) and was wondering if anyone knew how to change them. I can't stand looking at the dark VUs anymore!! What bulb...
