hey i noticed kick in one my old songs is not loud enough and its already been mixed into stems in a way that be very hard to be able to adjust just the kick. Would it be ok to layer the exact same kick sound on top of the track to higher its volume ? or would that introduce some kind of phase...

hey guys i had this track mastered by 2 different engineers, cant decide which is better version. "1" is mixed little more bass heavy than "2".I dont have the ears or monitoring to decide which is best , what you think? cheers

hey i got question about shelving. Does using a low shelf (fabfilter proq2) with say a slope of 18db cause any kinna bump in the freq range? need to know if does that like hi pass filter thnks
