I am interested in the Boss ME-50 effects unit and wonder if anybody here has an opinion on it. It uses COSM sound modeling technology....sound good? What about versatility? What about durability? What about it?

I am using a 57 as an overhead drum mic in my home studio and have no complaints. It is not as clean sounding as a condenser, but , I like the coloration. :)

why won't people leave me alone about my old dirty radio shack mic? i love the way it sounds on my voice both live and recorded. i say, to each his own.........live and let live........ :) let's start a radio shack microphone revolution!!!!
